Pivot Power Smart is an enhanced version of Quirky's popular power strip, accessible through a dedicated mobile application. This app allows users to conveniently manage the two smart outlets of Pivot Power Smart remotely using their smartphones.
With Pivot Power Smart, users can easily regulate power flow to various devices ranging from lamps to air conditioners and fans. The app provides the flexibility to schedule power instructions from anywhere and at any time. These scheduled commands can be as simple as turning a device on or off, or they can be personalized to align with specific weekly routines.
Moreover, Push notifications keep users informed about the status of their connected devices. They receive alerts when a device is powered on/off, when the physical switch is activated, or in case of Wi-Fi disconnection from the power strip. This feature ensures users are always aware of their device activity, enabling them to efficiently manage their energy consumption. For instance, if uncertain about leaving the lights on before heading to work, users can swiftly check the app and turn them off remotely to avoid unnecessary electricity usage.
